Just a few blocks south of Downtown Plano stands a wall 6 ft tall and 76 ft long, decorated with colorful tiles that convey the rich history of this neighborhood.The Douglass Community Mosaic was created by artists Lynne Chinn and Shug Jones and perfectly showcases the talent and passion of the city’s residents.
